Welcome to my New Website

Friday, January 7th, 2011

Welcome, Welcome! Hope your new year is off to a good start. With 2011 and all the new things I want to share with you, I decided now would be a great time to update my website and blog.

As you can see I’ve gone with a simple clean white and gray layout to allow better viewing of the photos and videos. That said, I want to highlight these two new menus.

-Video
This is where I will be posting my video
productions as I create new ones. I now
offer wedding videography.

-Photo Tips
For everyone looking to pick up a few
photography tips, this is the place to
be. I’ll also post the latest electronic
news.

Feel free to keep connected through Facebook

Many thanks to my friend Merle Fisher for the design work! I would be glad to put you in contact with him if you need some design work.

Until later,
-Seth

John & Sara | Engagement

Saturday, July 17th, 2010

Introducing, John and Sara!

I had a blast photographing these two, I told them to just hangout and have fun with each other and I would take pictures.

As a photographer Im always lookin for new places to shoot, so the day before this photoshoot I went on a scouting trip and found this old building…Now fast forward to the day of the photoshoot….John and Sara were up for anything, so when I said lets go see how long we can shoot before we get kicked out they thought it sounded like fun. You have to understand we weren’t doing anything wrong, its just some people dont understand photographers and why they like old rundown buildings (or, at least this photographer). So we drive over there, what do ya know….a cop is parked in the lot of this building, I think “Oh great! now we dont have a chance of ANY pictures there.” and I drive on…….I get down the road a block and think, wait, this could be a good thing! I’ll just go back there, tell him what Im doing, and maybe we’ll have “protection” right from the start!….I pull up, grab my camera, start walking over to the cop car, cop has a almost mad face, closed his computer, I say “hi there” he looks at me and I go on, “Im doing a engagement photoshoot and just thought I would let you know Im gonna take a few pictures here by this building” he says “where” and looks around. I say “Oh just right here, by this old building” he just kinda looks around and says, “ok, I’ll leave then” I kinda smiled and said “Oh no, your fine”…….he just rolled up his window and drove off…….I shout to John n Sara, “Ok! cops gone! lets rob the place!!”…………Just kidding about the robbing part, but we did joke about how someone would probably call in reporting us and that cop would realize he ran off and let the bad guys take over.

Soooo, here are a few pictures from that location.
